1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom.

Perfect location for staying in town!
You can't beat this location if you want to stay downtown! We parked the car on arrival and didn't really need it until we were ready to leave. The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

A short walk to restaurants, trolly, shops and so much more. Everything we needed in a very clean second floor unit. We loved people watching from porch. A bit too political at times, but guess it’s that time of the year and area.

Fabulous home from the 1880’s right in the heart of the historic district. Our 1 bedroom apartment was well appointed with everything needed for a great stay and the 2 decks off the apartment made for great views of the district. Communication with the owner was outstanding.

We couldn't imagine a better place to have stayed for our wedding night! The location was quiet and relaxing yet short walking distance to St. George St. The porch in the back made the place that much better! We enjoyed the cozy apartment with the thoughtful wine and coffee! Parking seemed to be at a premium at times, so the parking space was extremely convenient and appreciated. The Columbia, Pizza Time, and Maple Street Biscuit were all very yummy, and it was fun to walk around and see the lights at night.
