1880 Victorian In Heart Of Downtown

Best of both worlds with upscale renovations and old St Augustine charm. This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city.

Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun.

If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options.

Beautiful “Switzerland”
The property is beautiful and the location is idlic with the water near by and the moss flowing from the trees. Found a really good Italian restaurant nearby too.

Perfect Location
The property is located in the heart of town. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Three separate couples stayed in the house with a perfectly equipped efficiency on each of the three floors. Separate entrances for each efficiency and very private. Well stocked with coffee pods and creamer!

This place is one of me and my husbands favorites. It is very clean, perfect location, and the queen size bed is comfortable if you like a semi soft/semi firm bed. The only downside is the garbage trucks early in the morning. However, even with that we love the spot so much I am fine with that being the only con.

Great location
Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom.

Perfect location for staying in town!
You can't beat this location if you want to stay downtown! We parked the car on arrival and didn't really need it until we were ready to leave. The property was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property and host. All the highlights of St Augustine are within walking distance. The property was very nice and very comfortable. This property was wonderful! Right in the heart of St. Augustine, everything was walkable. A short walk to restaurants, trolly, shops and so much more. Everything we needed in a very clean second floor unit. We loved people watching from porch. A bit too political at times, but guess it’s that time of the year and area.

Amazing stay!
We couldn't imagine a better place to have stayed for our wedding night! The location was quiet and relaxing yet short walking distance to St. George St. The porch in the back made the place that much better! The complimentary bottle of wine was an incredibly thoughtful touch! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
