The Space:
This lovely 3-bedroom, second-floor condo, with elevator access is the perfect get-a-way for your family. Beautiful and spacious for large families or groups. Full kitchen with additional crockpot, air fryer, and blender has views to the great room so Cook won't miss all the action. Dining table provides seating for 6 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Screened lanai has peaceful wooded, water, and golf course views. Laundry room has a folding counter and full-size washer and dryer. On cooler winter evenings enjoy the gas fireplace in this beautiful vacation get-a-way! Electric grill is available on lanai for cooking out. Experience the beautiful Florida climate from your screened lanai or around the community pool. The community gym is nearby if you want to get some indoor exercise. This property offers a 50" Smart TV. Apps can be accessed via guest's personal subscription log-ins. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. 1-week minimum stay. Owner's closet is excluded from tenant's use. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while there is elevator access to this condo, it is not ADA compliant.
Guest Access:
On day of check in you will receive check-in instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.
Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
