This stunning flat provides a calm and comfortable oasis near to the town's West Port. 23 Argyle Street is a ground floor south facing flat sleeping 2 people, in its sumptuous bedroom with king size bed (UK King is 5ft wide). This flat has the original front door to the whole building and is all on one level with high ceilings. It has 1 large bedroom at the back and a sunny south facing sitting room/dining area with bay window street side. The beautiful round dining table can seat up to 4 and we have one large sofa in the bay window and another medium size sofa alongside. The TV is 43 inch. The flat also has free wifi/broadband. The bathroom contains a large walk in shower with low profile tray, and underfloor heating.

Absolutely lovely stay! The location could not have been more ideal- walkable to everything but just enough “off the beaten path” to be nice and quiet. Everything was exquisitely clean and the decor tasteful. The heated floors in the bathroom were a real treat. Communication with Suki was excellent..her instructions were very thorough and detailed to help us feel comfortable finding the place/parking/entry/etc. She was very accommodating! We had a wonderful time and hope to return some day!
This place could not have been better. We stay in a large number of VRBO's and this is as nice as they get. We'll never stay anywhere else in St. Andrews. Can't recommend it more highly.
The flat was beautifully decorated, well appointed, and sparkling clean. Excellent communication with the property owner. A wonderful place to stay for graduation week!

What a fabulous find in St Andrews! This is a lovely property in a great location - easy walk to town. Beautifully decorated, all the comforts, including heated bathroom floors and towel rack. Kitchen has everything you need if you don't want to walk to nearby restaurants. Parking is very nearby. Great communication from host
All the comforts of home! Lovely property just a minute from downtown area with lovely pubs, restaurants and shopping. Very walkable to all the sites in St. Andrews. Suki was a great communicator throughout our stay. Even got some laundry done thanks to having it on property. Parking was never a problem at the lots just down from the apartment. Quiet neighborhood and extremely comfortable bed.
We will certainly stay at this apartment again on our next trip!
The property was excellent. The attention to details made all the difference. The property has everything you need to feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the sitting room was welcoming and bright. We came to play golf and having the taxi next door made things easy. When we weren't golfing the location made it easy to get to shops, restaurants, etc. Absolutely excellent stay!
Host was professional and responsive. Apartment was spotless clean and appeared just as photographed. Car park around the corner always had a spot available (you have to pay daily between 0900-1800.)
I would absolutely recommend this booking.
Every room featured extra touches from the heated floor in the bathroom and robes in the bedroom to local guidebooks in the living room and samples of snacks to try in the kitchen. Having calm comfort throughout the flat helped make a sometimes stressful move into an international university more manageable and enjoyable. And anytime we had a question, Suki graciously answered in a timely fashion.
This property was ideal for a couple's golf holiday, with smooth and proactive communication from the owner, a brilliant location, and a well-presented interior.
It's perfectly sized for two guests with comfortable furnishings, a strong shower and underfloor heating in the loo, an equipped kitchen, and a great bed.
All F&B, groceries, etc are in easy walking distance.
There is a transport company two doors down that opens at 6.30am and can drive you to and from all local courses (no Uber in St Andrews.)
Our one quibble was with the somewhat noisy upstairs neighbors in the evening but clearly no fault of the owner.
Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend enthusiastically to others.
My husband and I stayed in this apartment in early October and we loved it. After traveling around the UK for three weeks and only having a bedroom and washroom, this apartment seemed like a mansion. It was cozy, comfortable, had a lovely bed for sleeping, and a kitchen well equipped for cooking . The host was quick to respond to any of our queries and very patient with us as we figured out the heating system!

23 Argyle is a sanctuary right in town and the ideal base for our golfing week. The accommodation appointments are luxurious and first class, we hope to return!
