Just a few steps away from the historic 18th green on the Old Course, the large front storm door leads to a spacious vestibule and hall. From there, the stairs lead up two small flights of stairs to where the private front door to the apartment can be found.

On entering the property, you are immediately aware of the light and airy interior design, floor-to-ceiling triple mirrors, with built-in storage and shelving around the hall. The inside of the apartment is all on one floor.

The hallway leads to the left towards the centrepiece of the home - a spacious and beautifully furnished open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. There is a delightful kitchen table with seating for 6, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as cushioned window seats to enable you to make the most of the view. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen tv and modern electric fireplace, to add warmth to this relaxing and multi-functional space. It is ideal for both entertaining and relaxing.

Also to the left of the hallway, is a double bedroom with wall-mounted flat screen tv, an immaculate modern ensuite and standalone shower. There is a twin set of chairs and table to enjoy the spectacular corner bay window view from this bedroom.

Turning right along the hallway, there are a further 2 well-appointed bedrooms, one a twin and one a double. Both these rooms have lovely large windows, a flat screen tv, with plenty of folding and hanging space on offer. The double room at the end of the hallway offers a surprisingly large, gorgeously appointed bathroom, with jack and jill sinks, large walk in power-shower, standalone bath and ensuite. It will not disappoint!

Quite simply the perfect pad for any stay in St Andrews, this apartment offers a birds eye view over the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and out to sea, that is beyond compare.

The photos on the listing are wonderful and represent this magnificent property perfectly. Simply as comfortable and close as one can be to the first tee of the Old Course and all the trappings of a visit to St Andrews. When we come back I wouldn’t look anywhere else! All the best!!

Perfect location
This property was amazing! Very clean, the owners went above and beyond. It was comfortable for our family and was fully stocked with anything you could ever need. We had a small issue with the washer but the owners were quick to respond. Even on Christmas Day. The location is even better than the pictures show. We will stay again and again here. 10/10 recommend this property
