Welcome to our cozy guest house situated in picturesque surroundings in the historic city of St Albans.

The one-bedroom property is modern and well-equipped with everything you should need for that home-from-home experience.

The property has an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, and a separate bedroom and bathroom.

There is also a sofa bed, which allows us to accommodate 3 adults or families of 4.

Guests will have access to the garden area, and there is free on-road parking available.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pretty good location if your ok with walking and very quiet
Nice place for a short stay. No problem with checking in or out. The pull out bed is small but works if you’re small. The place is smaller than the photos but works well for 1-2 people.

Pleasant Family Stay
Ideal for our young family of four, particularly useful for us as we wanted to visit London but not be in the city and wanted to enjoy a more green space/playgrounds etc. which St Albans has. Easy access to transport (bus/train) for London days, can walk or bus to the supermarket (rec. Morrisons) and nice local restaurants/pubs available. Would prefer if the sofa bed was made up for our arrival as we are a party of four and needed both beds, but additional linen was on hand so no trouble to sort out. Would happily recommend and stay again. Thank you to the owners for being so welcoming and helpful during our stay.
