"Good hotel "

"This place isnt for someone who is looking for a bit of peace and quiet. They lobby area has dogs roaming around freely. Mosquitoes everywhere, especially outside entrance. The rooms are photoshopped and are very dated. The AC in my room was giving me a headache because of the noise. The bedsheets didnt look clean and its not a place i would recommend. Our checking in time was 12.00 midday we got there at 15.30 and our rooms were not ready and they didnt have enough rooms. After 1 hour of waiting around they provided us with different rooms and said they will move us at 9pm. After we all (10 of us) went into our rooms , most of my friends were not happy with the smell of the room, bathroom, bedsheets, bed had spring sticking out. We notified the management we are not happy with what was advertised online to what was being offered. We asked for us to be refunded and checked out. While we were getting our lugggages the owner (director) was taking keys off us and offering other walking in customers our rooms. Yet they tried to charge us for one night stay. They also had random girls coming into the hotel. I would avoid this hotel if your with family or want some piece and quiet. I wouldnt rate this hotel more then 2 star. I would like to say Haseeb (conceirge) was very helpful in checking us into our room and Sultan Uddin Service Manager did try his best to accomodste us. When he realised he could not he was happy for us to check out. We just waiting to see if they charged us."

"This hotel is ideally located within close proximity to shopping areas, restaurants and the very beautiful Banani Jamia Masjid which was about a 10min walk. The area is very clean and safe. The Hotel offer complementary airport pick-up and chargeable airport drop which was very handy. The staff go above and beyond to help and assist. The room and bathroom was completely spotlessly clean and the complementary juice and sweets made me feel very welcomed. The gym was overall quite well equipped, however, I would recommend they add a regular adjustable weight bench instead of the current one they have. I would likely stay again in the near future. "
