"Check in process was very smooth. Communication with property management to assure the quality of the stay was appreciated. The property pictures accurately reflected the condition of the house which was clean and comfortable. The quiet neighborhood was a great place to unwind. Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the water. We were especially luck to view the Northern lights during our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers."

"The unit was perfect for our stay. It was well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great as you are close to Boothbay Harbor but not in it. Ocean Point is a fantastic place to walk to really experience the Maine coast. The screen porch was a hit with the seating area and table where you could see Linekin Bay. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed with a gas grill outside. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The place is located in a quiet neighborhood next to water. The studio is well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. You may enjoy meals inside or outside. Nice hiking trails, general store, and restaurants are nearby. We had a very nice and relaxing stay. "

"I wasn't aware I would be charged an additional fee on my card the day I was supposed to check in. We stopped by their offices which were closed for the season and left a message with no reply. I also tried to the phone number provided on here and it was disconnected. Very disappointed my credit card information was released and there was a charge without my knowledge. Even for a hold the fee is way too much. I paid less than half of this for my one night stay. Still trying to reach them...

"The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. "My family spent one week in Boothbay Harbor for our first time to Maine. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this small coastal town. Nothing disappointed us. Karen was great to work with! The location of this property is so close to everything in Boothbay. The only negative to this property is that there is no A/C, but fans are provided."
