"Lovely festive decorations inside the lobby and restaurant and around the property. Liked the L’Occitane toiletries. Travelled with friends and neither fireplace in either room was functioning. Staff told us to flip up the “ON”switch (which was gone and replaced by a blank plate). When asked a second time about the non functioning fireplace they said “it is an accessory, there are other sources of heat”. Well don’t have a photo of a bedroom/living room fireplace if they are non functioning....

"The place had excellent reviews, which is partially why we chose it. It did not disappoint! The hot tub was well maintained and a lovely addition. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom were incredibly clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook. We packed a cooler with food so we could make breakfast and lunch there and we lacked nothing! Hosts were non-intrusive, but very supportive! We felt like we had a truly memorable getaway space! 10/10-would stay...
