"It was a prefect stay! Kids loved it. Parents got to relax. Met a bunch of people from all over the state during the stay. Connie, hostess, was the most helpful in giving suggestions on where to go. Luckily I did some research beforehand and it aligned with what she said for kings canyon and Sequoia. Her place had stargazing set up my kids used as "swings", friendly dogs, lots of place to roam, cozy atmosphere, and goid bfast! Would stay at again. Someone else mentioned cool local pizza joint just 2-3 in drive away. "

"There was a nice view outside the window, the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. At the office, they provide dining options within 10 minutes of the property, which was very helpful considering the lack of service in the area. I would recommend bringing inside slippers, the carpet area in the top floor felt like it wasn’t frequently vacuumed."

"Saw the photos and thought it seemed like a nice little overnight stay for a day trip to Sequoia National Park, after our evening at the Fresno PBR event. We decided to go to the cabin prior to the event. The drive to Fresno was a little long. So was not ideal for that leg of our trip. The cabin itself was great; rustic and comfy. Decorated/furnished nicely and honestly looked better in person than in the photos. I recommend the host updates the photos for that reason. The shower is a little wonky but it’s a 100 year old cabin, at least there was a shower! The water took a little while to turn warm, middle of march cold temps - expected but a little longer than actually expected. There is a lodge/bar literally right across the street with good burgers and fries, local beer, sassy but funny lady serving. The drive to Sequoia National Park was windy but not too long, probably 30 ish minutes - we had a lot of mist. Overall a good location for SNP with very rustic but comfy character. Would absolutely stay again. "
