We are 1 hr 11 min to beech, 1 hr 6 min to Hatley Pointe, 57 minutes to Sugar and 42 minutes to Jonas ridge snow tubing
** We strongly encourage/require 4 wheel drive and even snow chains (can return if you don't need) during winter or 4 wheel drive during heavy rains as mud can get just as slippery and vehicles stuck. We are a cabin located off of gravel mountain roads. We advise travel insurance should weather change your plans, you need to alter your stay or you decide to book with 2wd and then realize you are uncomfortable driving on road conditions without 4wd.

The neighborhood hosts over 13 miles of hiking with their own waterfall or neighboring campground amenities you can check out (small lake for swimming or fishing).
