"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "

"The webpage states that this holiday home has 3 bedrooms, but it does not. It has a double bed in the living room, next to the kitchen and two bedrooms. The photographs all suggest, incorrectly, that there are 3 bedrooms. The photograph of the bed in the living area is titled “double bedroom”, which it most definitely is not. Intentionally or not, the photographs all fail to reveal that there is a double bed in the living room. There are references to this issue in the small print. But in the...

"Traffic noise is horrendous starting at 4:00 in the morning. Place not clean, third bedroom is a cupboard under the stairs so our eldest son ended up sleeping on the settee all week. We had to pre clean the fridge and kitchen ware did not attempt to use the microwave as it was filthy. Oven was only a counter top thing not ideal for a family of 4. Very disappointing and tiring time."

"Lovely twixmas weekend stay for 2 and a dog, great location, minutes away from the beach, pub a couple of minutes in the other direction. Cosy cottage with a fireplace (wood provided) well presented and lovely decor. One very minor point I didn’t like was the clear glass panel on the main door giving a view straight into the cottage, a curtain or frosting would give more privacy "
