Got stuck in the elevator and the guy came and threw his hands up like it was my fualt there very rude they dont have respect the house cleaning just walks in and the owner guy just walks in and stands and looks at you in your room i had to yell at him this place is really sucky definitely will not ever go back they need to learn not to be rude and not walk into people rooms I feel like its not safe as i did have my kid with me

You get what you pay for. We needed some inexpensive rooms while visiting family. Customer service was terrible, the key cards never seemed to work, breakfast was just ok. The elevator was broken for half of our stay. However the rooms were clean. If you are just looking for a decent place to stay without and extras-this will do.

All was good except for one important thing: I requested a wake up call and it did not arrive. Fortunately I woke to my phone alarm, but I had requested a wake up call as a backup. It never happened. That could have been bad as I was getting up quite early to catch a flight.
