"Well where do I start,I booked this little cabin near Ladybank for a surprise 60th and it didn’t disappoint! My partner had no clue that morning when I told him to pack a bag! Before arriving I had many questions via Kate and her response was very quick…good start.So I had a good feeling about the place.Arrived and Alan had left the key in the door,instructions where to park and where to get a pint of milk!He made sure we were sorted with a note pinned to the door,as he had some personal stuff to attend to,but made time for our arrival.Entered the cabin,it was a delight,so cute but looked cosy and comfortable.Everything in its place even plastic glasses in an ice bucket for the hot tub,which was totally private and looked onto a vast area of woodland.A lovely living space with kitchen area,with all you could need to prepare a meal or refreshments.Hob,microwave,fridge,toaster and a coffee machine with complimentary pods,and some Tunnocks tea cakes which were a nice touch! We explored further to find the bedroom in the adjoining room,with compact but fully equipped shower and toilet,with complimentary hand & body wash. Alan engaged with any query I had on the surrounding area, attractions, food options and anything that came to mind. He is super friendly, a mine of good advice and great chat. I visited Culross, Cupar, St Andrews and Falkland Palace and the lodge was an ideal base. I cannot rate Redlands Country Lodge highly enough. Outstanding and then some!"

"Lovely! The best word to describe the cottage and location. The parking area was very close and handy as roads are narrow in villages. Cottage had everything we needed and so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!"

"What an AMAZING property! We had such a good time and the accommodations were perfect for friends and family! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen is FABULOUS! Thank you for a stress free trip to Scotland to celebrate our daughter’s elopement. The location was within a mile of Cupar and 15 minutes to St. Andrews. The hot tub and pool table were added bonuses! Thank you for EVERYTHING!"

"Wonderful property! Quiet, spacious and comfortable. Fifteen minute drive to St. Andrews and a hour to Edinburgh via nearby train station. Great spot to explore Fife and its incredible coastline. Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Absolutely would stay here again!"

"Such an amazing property, don't think the listing does it justice! We had 11 friends and a dog together for the weekend and the house was just fantastic. So much room inside with everything very well equipped. The outside space was amazing, a group sports day was hosted outside and the hot tub was thoroughly used. We will definitely be back!"
