"The property is well maintained for being an older house. Each room has unique character and charm. Beautifully decorated. The only issue I had was with the heating in my room. It was blowing cold air. Staff had to come to my room 3 different times to try to fix the problem. They were not successful because the room was either freezing cold or extremely hot.
