"Travelled for work and this property was walking distance to Brisbane Convention Centre and Woolworths/7Elevan. Bed was fantastically comfortable and there was a selection of pillows. Lovely soft, fluffy towels but slight odor from the shower drain, water pressure was good and shower/ bathroom was clean. Balcony looked over a lot of greenery even though the next apartments were close (uni accommodation i think) - great place for breakfast. Overall, I would stay there again."

"The location of the property is very good. Easy access for bus and ferries.However our unit was facing Brunswick Rd and you could not use the balcony due to road noise. Secure undercover parking is good, although the car spaces are very tight. The unit could improve on these things: -provide dishwasher detergent, more than 1 dishwashing sachet- we stayed for 4 nights! - buy better quality cutlery and more plates etc - overall furniture quality was cheap - uncomfortable lounge and bed - laundry...

"Overall very nice place. Balcony had a nice view, he beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was clean and had everything we needed. They even provided some dishwasher liquid and laundry detergent. Perfect for 2 weeks. Location was great. A couple close train stations, several parks, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops all within a few blocks. "

"Property manager Pam was extremely approachable, understanding and helpful. Late self check in instructions were very clear, and the process was also easy. Managed to get a parking each and everyday. The unit was slightly dated but clean, spacious, and reasonably well equipped. There is a small mall just 40 meters away! It had everything I needed. I cannot ask for more! Awesome stay and I would stay here again without hesitation if it’s still under the same management! "

"The apartments are very central, and excellent if you are staying for several days and you want something you can walk to. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the reception staff were fantastic. But the apartment itself was a bit tired looking, and the dryer wasn't working so well and the ironing table didn’t have a cover. (All of which I reported.) We would recommend it and probably would stay again."

"Generally the everything needed is in the comfortable modern apartment. The apartment is in a convenient location, most things are within walking distance which is great for us country people who hate driving in the city. The parking space is a little tight in width and height."

"It was a great time away and would book again. I would ask some more details about parking maybe a bit clear direction and how to enter the building from the carpark to room. It's always good to walk it with baggage and over write details for example from the car spot to the lift (direction) as an example. A little hard to get out of carpark as well , with different gates. Overall great stay hope this helps... Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. "
