Best deal in Springfield!! Historic and spacious four bedroom charmer that sleeps 10 with a fenced in back yard that even allows pets. This charming house is in a quiet neighborhood that has all the amenities you require like an eat-in kitchen with new stove and fridge, a formal dining room and a plush living room with working fireplace.

The house is close to everything and less than a 10 minute drive to the NBA Hall of Fame, MGM Casino and Hotel, The Amazing World of Dr. Seuss, the Titanic Historic Society, Springfield Armory Historic Site and MassMutual Center. It's also walking distance to historic Forest Park and Franklin Park Zoo, as well as many restaurants, grocery stores and shops. It's also less than a 15 minute ride to to Six Flags, The Eastern State Exposition (The Big E), Bay State Hospital and numerous colleges and universities.

Unlike many other short-term rentals in area this is a FULL-HOUSE (not an apartment) with its own fenced in back yard with outdoor seating and off-street parking (in driveway) for multiple cars. Backyard is equipped with a grill and outdoor furniture and is perfect for spending time with all your friends and family, even your four-legged friends.

All three of the main bedrooms are on the second floor accessible by a wide and easy turn staircase. The primary bedroom features a king bed with smart TV, bedroom two has a queen bed and smart TV, and the third bedroom features a trundle-style day bed with two separate twin beds. The second floor also features a full bathroom with oversized soaking tub just a few steps from all three bedrooms.

There is also a fourth 'bonus' bedroom on the ground floor with a queen-sized futon bed.

The formal dining room has table and chairs for six people and the living room has a comfy pull-out sofa (queen) that sleeps two bringing the total sleeping capacity to 10 people. There is also a three-season room in front of house facing the scenic tree-lined road. There is also a half-bath on the first floor just off the kitchen and close to backyard patio area.

NOTE: We are posting this property in early February but will be doing renovations over the next six weeks to add a new FULL BATHROOM on first floor off the living room, as well as upgrades to the kitchen (new counters, sink and backsplash) as well as a fresh coat of paint throughout and other improvements throughout the house.

We are blocking out bookings until April 1 but are accepting bookings after that time. The photos we posted in early February do not feature the new bathroom and other upgrades but we will be posting new photos as these changes to the house are made.
