The fantastic Brickhouse is well located near downtown Springfield. The house has 5 beds and 3,5 baths. A king since master(sleeps 2) 3 bedrs with 2 bunk beds each ( sleeps 12) a queen size( sleep 2) . please not that wash cloth are not provided.

Graduation stay

My daughter was graduating from MSU and this home gave us ample space for us to each have our own room and plenty of bathroom/living space.

school trip

The property was perfect for the small group we had. There were plenty of beds for the 11 of us in the group and the pool table was a hit with the kids. Denise was great with communication at check in as well as keeping us updated with the repairman that showed up late to work on washing machine. Overall we had a very good trip and property was better than advertised.

Perfect for our family Christmas!

This was my first rental with vrbo. Everything worked out well. Plenty of room for kids to play and adults to chill. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving essentials. The bunks paired with the doubles was perfect for each family to have a room and some privacy for our older couples as well. The pool table was a hit and we have a teen with a new interest in it now. The hostess was so kind and answered any questions patiently and in a timely manner. The back yard was fantastic for my pup and the kids to run off a bit of extra energy. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Stay for Basketball Tournament

My family stayed for an entire week at this property and though there were some plumbing issues, the property manager took care of them quickly and went out of her way to accommodate us the entire trip. She was easy to get a hold of and quickly responsive. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for our large family and a few friends that stayed with us. Would definitely recommend!
