Renting private rooms on a First floor apartment , Is a big apartment in a 2 unit house, owners live in premises on the 2nd floor. Renting individual rooms, 3 descent size bedroom. Renovated, Clean and modern style.
Cleaning in common areas (kitchen, bathroom, Dining room and living room included) once a week only (weekend). Personal cleaning not offered (in-room cleaning not offered at this location)
Our home is very close to many entertainment areas like:
