Perfect Place
Clean with modern upgrade 3 bedroom house. The house has been completely updated. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice deck with a grill. Open floor plan for great late night conversation. Great location for downtown and COX Medical.

This property was very clean and good option for families. We gathered there for my son's graduation from the local University and really enjoyed our stay. It's surprisingly close to Springfield. HGTV Style Getaway
This open and airy home looks as if it could be on the cover of a Good Housekeeping magazine. My two teen daughters and I stayed here for spring break and absolutely fell in love with the place. Not only was it easy on the eyes, but every necessity was provided. I see now why it had received five stars on every rating, and we give it the same. Best place I’ve ever stayed!

Great place for anyone!
My brother and I rented the house to be able to get out of town and get some uninterrupted work done. This was the perfect place. Great open floor plan, great high speed internet, very spacious and updated home. Everything in the listing is 100% accurate. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home
Perfect place to call home base while in the Springfield area for a concert. Easily drove to Branson area to explore and even further to see The Lost Canyon & Dogwood Canyon one day. Close proximity to grocery stores and local restaurants as well. The house was as listed and well supplied for our stay. We didn’t need to buy coffee, soap, laundry supplies, etc. The TV and cable was great for watching the games and weather as well. The owner communicated well and we enjoyed our stay. We only had two people, but there was room for more if you had a larger group. Thanks for your rental availability!
