Great Place to Stay with Dog and Visit with Friends
This was a great, peaceful place to stay with our young dog. We needed a place in the Fairfax/Springfield area to attend a funeral and visit with friends and this was the perfect location. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to the area.

We stayed with our 2 children 12 and 14. Good location. Easy to get to and from Washington DC and surrounding areas. Host communication was great! We didn't have any issues while staying. Loved having a washer and dryer and plenty of parking.

Short Stay
We needed a close place to stay for family for an event in Northern VA. The unit was very comfortable and clean with parking spaces close by the unit and included with the stay for free. Burke was very attentive and if we ever need a place again, we will surely book with them.

Trip to DC area to watch PLL championship series.
Place was perfect. A little tricky to find upon first arrival because you actually enter the apartment from the back of the building, from the parking lot you park in. Other than that, great location, great place, reasonably priced, as advertised. Excellent across the board. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this condo. It wasn’t too far from things like the National Mall, but we didn’t have to be in the hubbub and price of the city! Next time we visit, we’ll absolutely book here again.

A lovely Apartment
We stayed for two nights while touring Arlington and DC. The Apartment was clean and updated, but slightly different than the pictures. All the appliances were clean and worked. We had difficulty finding the entrance, it is down stairs outside. There is some water damage to the laminate floor in the dining area. Our biggest concern was that the towels in the bathroom had been hung up while they were wet and the bed sheets in both bedrooms were slightly damp as were the linens in the closet.

Couldn't ask for a better place
The location was perfect in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Looks just as it's pictured. The owner reached out multiple time making sure we had everything we needed. Location was great close enough to DC that it didn't take long to get there but far enough away we didn't have to deal with the craziness of a big city. Tons of great local places to ear and shop. Could not of asked for a better location and place. I will definitely stay next we are in the area

Nice condo, easy to get into DC
We got in pretty late our first night, around 9:30 pm, but there was plenty of parking and we had no problems finding the condo. Entry to the property was from the outside and accessed via keypad. It had everything listed and was a good location for getting into the city. The only negative for us was that we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around a lot all night, but we're both light sleepers.

Host was great! Condo was about what I expected. Wasn't cleaned very well though. Bath mat looked like it was used as a door mat. 3 towels were hanging on the towel rack wet. Thankfully there were other towels that were dry. Bedding in 1 of the bedrooms was still a little damp. Overall, it served our needs. Just needs a little more attention to detail.

Do not bother
I was looking for a place to stay with family close to the airport and selected this location. We walked in and left. It was hard to find, very dated, had mosquitos and really did not feel clean. The location is not welcoming and it was a huge disappointment after traveling. We had to go stay at a hotel. Totally not worth the cost and feel ripped off that I asked for a refund and have not received one. Worse VBRO experience ever.

Nice condo
The condo was spacious for my wife and I. If you had a couple kids it would probably be just fine. Much more than that, (another adult couple) it could probably get crowded. The stairs down to it got a little slippery when it rained. Not the fault of the owner, just something to be aware of. I didn't like the bed but my wife didn't have a problem so maybe just me. We didn't do any cooking (unless you count making coffee in the morning) so I can't speak much to that. Nice little patio out front, had my morning coffee out there, very peaceful. Overall, I'd recommend the place highly.

Perfect for our trip
This condo/apartment was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip to visit friends in Fairfax, VA. Due to the pandemic we stayed at our own place instead of with our friends and now I always want to visit friends and family this way! It was so great to have our own comfortable space to come back and unwind at. The space was just the right size for my husband and I, our 2 kids below 10 years old, and our little dog. The place was also surprisingly quiet for being in a huge condo complex-neighborhood. The location is just minutes drive to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, etc... and 30 minutes to Washington DC. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking equipment and a keurig, I even did some Thanksgiving baking there. Everything was clean, felt safe, and was comfortable. The owner was super responsive and cares very much about the upkeep of the space and made sure that we were happy there. If in the area again we would definitely stay here again.
