Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Home. Originally built in 1900, it has a charming recess from the main street. You'll have an enjoyable stay in comfort, and when you head out you'll zip around town easy from this spot. Most lights are Smart tech, so voice commands to adjust thermostat, lights, and play music on Alexa speakers (ad free) are fun amenities. Play a multitude of streaming options with blazing, fast wifi, too.

The entire bungalow home is available - with convenient front and side/back door access. The garage is locked, private space for storage

We are always available via AirBnB APP message board. We are very happy to answer any questions or needs. You are welcome to call or text too if needed, preferred

The closest major intersection would WestByPass and Chestnut Expressway
That disclaimer language:
1. Please keep children from walking/standing/jumping on any of the furniture.
2. Having parties forfeits the reservation, with no refund.
3. Unregistered (ESA & Service Animals need to be registered please) pets forfeits reservation, with no refund. $30 added. If incident isn't immediately caught there will be a daily minimum fine of $30.
4. No loud music or noise after 10 pm.
5. We can only accept bookings from completed account profiles (registered phone number and government-issued ID attached to their account).
6. There is a $50 late check-out fee.
7. Lost or broken item costs will be added to booking fee.
8. If broken house rules cause subsequent guest/s to cancel or require refund/s – these losses will be charged to previously cited guest.
9. Registered guest counts need to be accurate. For every unregistered guest, we hold the right to add an additional $10 fee per extra person, per night.
10. There is a $200 smoking fine for each day of the infraction and/or stay (smoking further away to help air out oneself is acceptable).
11. Due to regular misrepresentations and broken house rules, we no longer accept local bookings from guests with negative-ratings or lack of history.
12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on premises and it's facilities.

Great place!
Beautiful home with a lot of intentional upgrades, amenities, and renovations. Our family of 6 stayed quite comfortably for a night. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and made the entire process simple and seamless.

Great Spot!
We stayed here for a short weekend and it was a perfect place for me and my little family. We had our small baby with us and there was plenty of room for her to crawl around safely. The front porch was great to sit on and enjoy a cup of coffee! Very clean overall. We did have some ants in the kitchen but got a response from the property manager right away addressing the issue. Would stay again!!

Perfect second stay for my family and me
This was our second stay at this property, and it did not disappoint. Although our stays were relatively short, we could easily see keeping all 5 of us there for a longer engagement based on comfort/amenities. Thanks again for having us!

Very comfy family stay.
Our family of 5 had a great overnight here. Really loved the decor and amenities. Place was easy to locate and access, had no problems at all utilizing the space. The home automation is really something else!

Just Like Advertised
Stayed here with a friend. The house is clean and wired. Massive TV in the living room! It was nice to have laundry available and I did use it before heading out for the next leg of my trip. Neighborhood is quirky and never felt unsafe. I spent most of my time when at the house sitting in the comfy chair. I would gladly stay here again.

Cozy Getaway
What a wonderful place to stay for our one night visit to Springfield. The house was so cute, cozy & very high tech! We had a two year old with us, and I loved all the little details thought out in the house that included kids plates & utensils! I highly recommend choosing this property if you will be in the area to visit!

Cute place and amazing host
The property was super cute and was perfect for a weekend trip with me and my 3 friends. The place was updated with tons of technology and safety features that we, as 3 girls, felt more comfortable with. The neighborhood is not the best, but I never felt unsafe while staying here. The property owner was awesome too, quick to respond and was accommodating for some adjustments we had to make with our stay.

GREAT STAY
The house was very cute inside and out. Plenty of space for my family of 4. The totelt was a hit with ALL! The theology in the house is great!!! Alexa powered lights was very night. We enjoyed ringing in the New Year with a game and movie night, the access to all streamimg networks was more than we could have asked for. Very nice and would stay again if to return to Springfield.

This property is amazing and very homey! They have all types of small appliances that help with everyday life! Beds are very comfortable. They have everything you would need in the home to make sure you are comfortable! We stayed in and watched a movie. Great stay.

Beautiful home with loads of charm and technology . We were only here a few nights but would love to have stayed longer. Hi-Tech! All of the extras! The only problem was an issue with the HVAC, but Mr. Quinn made sure to get it repaired as quickly as possible. 4 generations stayed comfortably on this property! My only suggestion would be to place a rod and hangers in one of the closets for guests to hang clothes.

Perfect Setup!
The house was perfect for our needs! Easy to get to, easy to get in, and a short drive to tons of restaurants. We had no complaints about the home and were very pleased with the minimal house rules and cleaning expectations. Not that we didn't clean up after ourselves, but it's very nice to not be required to strip the beds, start a load of laundry, etc when you're already traveling with kids and are going to return home just to do the same. The TV had guest access to all of the apps - netflix, Hulu, etc. which was also a plus for us. We will definitely return if we're in the area again!

Cute Charmer but Roach Infested
This is a cute charming cottage but the roaches were horrible in the kitchen. They were inside the dishwasher as well as the stove and kitchen counters/cabinets. The smart home features are great for the younger generation but trying to figure out how to turn lights/fans on and off or how to turn the volume up on the TV is a bit daunting for older generations. The location was great and the home is mostly clean.

Overall okay. Husband liked TV. One bathroom but mudroom had mirror, outlet, shelf, lighting to get hair & makeup ready outside of bathroom. Wise. We disliked the smart lighting/wiring a lot. Turning on or off one switch impacts multiple areas without a pattern that we could pick up in the days we were there. Example: during middle of the night turning on bathroom light also turned on bedroom light. Had to wake up & shut off. Recommend non-stick pan for cooking eggs breakfast. No fun cleaning up the pan that was there. Saw 1 bug in bathroom. A previous review & reply mentioned that. It appears to still be an issue being dealt with.

Cute Little Place, Everything You'll Need
I didn't spend much time in the house since I came to visit family. It has almost every amenity that one would need, ample bedding (three queens), TV, WiFi, toiletries, dishes, HVAC, ceiling fans, etc. The furniture on the front porch is very comfortable. The owners were VERY fast to reply to messages and very accommodating to requests. I do have some small complaints. The floor is uneven, making it sort of feel like you're on a boat when you walk around. There is only a single, small mirror in the bathroom so if you have multiple women needing to get ready in the morning, you may want to allot some extra time. I thought the bedding was too firm. I luckily found an extra pillow in the closet that was a little softer. The other two people I stayed with had no complaints on the bedding. Safety-wise, we felt secure in the neighbor. It seemed clean, didn't really see any of the neighbors. There is a deadbolt on the front door that automatically locks itself after some time if you forget to. The Ring camera in the front is helpful to see any activity out front. Overall, I would say this place is a great value and I would rent again.

Clean, well-kept, tech-smart & secure place!
Loved my stay here; will gladly return! It’s a really clean, well-kept, tech-smart place, with SO many conveniences & features. The TV in the living room is HUGE, equipped with Roku; has several channels (incl. Netflix). I had never used Roku before, but it was intuitive & very user-friendly, and also responded to Alexa. The beds were SO plush and comfortable…best beds I’ve slept on in a very long time. Loved all the technology enhancements. The owner has rigged all the lights & electronics to respond to Alexa, so that made them easy to manage & control, especially if I wasn’t sure where light switches or other controls were. Plus, LOTS of cool add-on features: Towel warmer in bath, optional bidet in toilet, cabinet lights that come on when opened, and outside security lights along the street & house. Ring video doorbell, too. Felt extra secure asking Alexa to show me the front entrance, back yard, etc. Helpful signage & info as well as suggested Alexa commands: Every question I had was readily answered. It’s also clear to me that the host pays attention to feedback and updates things in the listing (or in the house) accordingly. Sadly, I almost missed out due to a negative review or two about pests and Alexa controls, but it turns out that NONE of that was even remotely an issue (if it was an issue at some point, it has all long since been resolved).
It was so much better than I expected for the price, and is now my new favorite place to stay in Springfield.

Great House
If you’re staying in Springfield, look no further. The host, Thomas, makes check-in, access to house information, and check out so easy. The house has many updated features and is super clean. The beds were comfortable as well. We will definitely staying at this house again next time we’re in Springfield.

Such a cute home with inviting porch!
This property was very clean and outfitted with many tech features that made the stay comfortable. The beds were all comfortable and the sheets/blankets very soft. We were there only one evening and we were quite comfortable. We go to Springfield often to visit family--so I am glad to have another lovely place to stay!
