"The location was great and a beautiful view from our room!!!! The grab and go breakfast - bagel, cream cheese, apple, yogurt, and muffin was perfect!!! The room was nice and clean and the beds comfortable, but ….. the trash cans are WAY TO SMALL and there was low water pressure for a shower in room 102. Overall, we would stay there again and recommend it to others!!!"

"The meals at the lodge are ok, but there is really fantastice food outside of the park. 20 min drive time. This is all about location. The lodge is in Zions with fantastic views right out your front door.This park is one of God's masterpiece !"

"The location was really great for Zion, only a 10 minute walk from the shuttle stop, and right across the road from somewhere to rent gear. The room was lovely, with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar provided, and it had a fridge, microwave and TV. What isn't obvious in the pictures is each room (that isn't the main house) are in connected little lodges (two rooms to each building) and it was really lovely. Super convenient and all on one floor so it was very easy for luggage, and there were seats...

"The Novel House has an exceptional location in Springdale and less than 10 minute drive to the entrance and visitor’s center of Zion National Park. One of the host (Ciaran) was also exceptionally hospitable, left a detailed note for check-in as we were arriving late at night, and checked on us when he could. "Nice updated rooms that are very clean. We took advantage of the laundry facility on site. The bus stop for the shuttle to and from Zion National Park is very convenient and since it is one of the first stops to the park, you are sure to get a seat. All self-service. We did no have to contact the staff for anything."
