Townhome 4 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Great home in a perfect location
This well-appointed home makes a great base for a multi-day visit to Zion. In-town, so there are plenty of eating and retail options within a short walk. It was really nice to have a living room, indoor and outdoor dining in the townhome, and 2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. Highly recommend staying with this host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, clean home. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants (and also the park entrance). I highly recommend making this home your base for enjoying Zion and would definitely stay again if we’re lucky enough to get back the area!

Loved our stay here. The townhouse is modern and clean. Hosts were responsive and very nice. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Zion. The townhouse is centrally located near a park shuttle stop, great restaurants and the grocery store is right across the street.

Stayed in this unit for two nights. Wonderful property and great hosts. Location is so convenient to park and local grocery store. Nicely stocked and very clean. Loved that each room has a separate private bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Zion Stay
My friend and I came to Zion for our first hiking trip here, and we could not have picked a better rental. Besides it being incredibly clean and very well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels, the location was amazing. It is literally right next to the cutest grocery store (with regular and specialty foods), right next to multiple restaurants, and about a 2 min walk to the town’s shuttle stop that takes you to the park. And somehow, even though it was so close to all of this, it was quiet as a mouse. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!
This is super close to the Zion park entrance. You can shuttle down to the main entrance. There is a grocery store across the street. You are walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The townhouse was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for Zion and other parks
My fam of 4 spent a few nights here while visiting Zion, Bryce, and a few other places. It was a great property and I'd be glad to return and spend another week. Location in Springdale made it easy to walk to shops/restaurants and catch the bus to the Zion visitor center down the road. One parking spot per unit, located on the side of the building. It was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and a Roku TV in the living room. Kids really liked it, too!

We had a great week at Matt and Trista’s place! Check in instructions were clear and simple. The townhome was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Shopping, restaurants and shuttle bus stop all within walking distances. It was great for our whole family - would definitely stay again.

PERFECT location nestled in the mountains RIGHT outside of Zion!
What a perfect location for a Zion vacation! We were so thankful to find this spot. Sitting out in the deck looking at the gorgeous canyon was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was walking distance- the grocery store, restaurants, and ice cream! The entrance to the park was about a mile away and so easy to get to. The condo was very comfortable and perfect four our needs. Clean and tidy as well!

Loved the roominess and convenience of this property. Beds were comfortable, back deck was great for happy hours, location couldn't be better being across from the market and walking distance to everything in Sprindale. Very convenient to shuttle. Only request is to have more coffee cups and wine glasses. Had a lovely time in Zion with this townhome as our home base. Will definitely come back.

Best ZION location!! New, clean and very comfortable accommodations!
We highly recommend this townhome. The beds were very comfortable and the property was incredibly clean. The location was amazing. We were literally at the entrance of Zion national Park. There is a cute town to explore and a market right across the street. The owners are very thoughtful in providing items such as shampoo and conditioner and coffee. This meant a lot for exhausted travelers! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
