This home was perfect for a last hoorah for our daughter before a major spine surgery. We wanted to make some great memories to carry her through her long recovery period, and we were able to do just that! The property was kid-friendly and very serene with great views!
We had a great stay at Ninnie and Papaw's Lake House. The house was clean, had comfortable beds, and had everything we needed for our little get away. The hosts were very kind people and went above and beyond for us during our stay. The house is in a great (quiet) location and has very friendly neighbors! The kayaks, dock, and swimming pad provided us with much fun as well. We would stay here again!
Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had the most relaxing and fun time staying at
Ninnie & Papaw's Paradise Cove on Beaver Lake. We fished and used the hot tub. We watched movies on the patio under the stars. We saw deer and even a beaver outside our windows. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this lake house for a relaxing and peaceful stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here. There was an absolutely stunning view of the lake, tons of wildlife, a hot tub, fire pit and outdoor patio furniture, a large downstairs where we could play games, and comfortable beds. The house needs a little work (most of the interior doors don't close all the way, a heavy dresser drawer is lose in upstairs bedroom and could hurt someone when it falls out, the glass shower sliding door rollers are gone on one and it fell off, etc.) but all in all, we really enjoyed this stay and are talking about coming back next year! They have kayaks and beautiful outdoor lighting. They actually have quite a few kitchen amenities that we had most everything we needed to cook. Communication was great as well. I would definitely recommend it.
Great spot to get away and enjoy nature. Close to the water. The house was comfortable and well equipped with anything we needed. We would stay there again.
Overall the place was great. Misleading due to the pics showing a boathouse. My bad though I assumed it was included. Turned out not being that big of a deal since there was a marina less than 5 min away.

Fall Break Getaway
This property has potential to be a great place to stay. It is a older home, but that is understandable. Many updates have been made. However, I feel it had been shut up for sometime. The property appeared as if it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival because there were cobwebs in the windows and dead bugs and spiders in all the showers and tubs. It is a very quiet location and that was nice. It is a shared dock behind the house which was clear in the posting. But it was a little awkward as there are no curtains on the living room windows which make up the entire wall. So when the neighbors are coming back after dark in their side-by-side their lights are shining directly into the living room. Having two living room areas was very nice though. Many of the amenities noted in the picture were not available for use during our visit. All of the cushions on the outdoor furniture and the hammocks had already been stored for the winter. Not a big deal, however, just know that those amenities may not be available. Also, the wooden swings pictured in the advertisement are somewhat broken down so we didn’t feel they were safe to use. Overall, our biggest concern was just the cleanliness in general.
Wonderful place to relax. Kick back in the living room with your favorite drink and check out the wildlife in the yard. Squirrels and double digit whitetail deer with a beautiful lake in the background.
We had a wonderful stay !
Our host was very responsive and helpful.
This is a beautiful residence on Beaver lake, you can walk down to the dock and swim. The neighbors on both sides were great people they even come over and talk to us. The back porch was great with a couple grills so we can all sit out there and Grill some steaks and drink some cold beer. And the playground was awesome so that the kids could play on it and thoroughly enjoyed themselves
Tons of room at this location. Two family rooms, 4 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. Well-stocked kitchen and a huge laundry room with full size washer and dryers. The neighbors are very friendly. My son caught five fish one afternoon off the dock. Great play area for smaller kids. The host was very responsive and the house was stocked with all the items you would need. Great place to stay!
