"We loved staying at the General Denver! The building is beautiful with a unique charm to it. The staff is incredibly friendly! We unintentionally booked a room too small for three people (the website described the room I booked as a Deluxe so I assumed it had a bed and pull out couch.) when it was determined we were actually in the smallest room in the entire hotel, the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra cost. "I was really impressed at how nice it was. The room (suite) was really out together nice and clean. John at the front desk was really friendly and cool. Even the breakfast was a lot better than i expected. Would definitely stay here again in the future "
