Gorgeous Condo
We stayed at Mark's condo while attending a wedding at the Spring Lake yacht club and everything was fantastic! Communication was excellent and the condo itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. It felt like staying at a fancy friend's house for the weekend- nice decor, classy finishes, and comfortable furniture. (Some rentals are clearly an investor's afterthought.) I appreciated the well thought out rental/visitors guide that had all the info we needed about the house and area. It was a great home base to explore Spring Lake and Grand Haven (we enjoyed our walk to Pine Street Cafe in the morning and playing disc golf at Lakeshore Disc Golf) and we would stay again next time!

This has been the cleanest place I’ve stayed. It was well equipped with everything we might have needed. The owner responded quickly and checked to make sure things were going well. The second loft was my granddaughter’s very favorite spot. Highly recommend.

Great communication and stay
Poor Mark had some challenges with plumbing at the start of our stay, but he was incredibly responsive to the problems and managed the issues quickly and completely. I would 100% stay here again - lovely view, quiet, super clean, and plenty of room for all of us to rest comfortably. Thank you, Mark!

Great family spot in Grand Haven
The property was nice and cozy, and convenient to restaurants, hiking, and lakefront Beach areas. Communication was great and had nice amenities for our stay. Would defintely recommend to anyone looking for a place near Grand Haven!

We loved Jo’s condo on Spring Lake. The condo was clean and organized, and had everything we needed. The condo is on a bike trail and close to restaurants, downtown Grand Haven and beach. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful!
Our group included my mom and 2 teenage daughters. We had such a fun time. The views are spectacular—seeing the water from the loft bedroom and sitting out on the quiet balcony to relax was perfect. The condo was close to the beach and a fun downtown. I especially loved the quirky frog picture in the living room. This was just what we were looking for to get away for a bit.

The condo is perfect if you don’t want to stay directly in Grand Haven. It’s about a 5 minute drive or you can hop on the trolley at the Holiday Inn right next door. Jo was a great host and I’d definitely would recommend renting the condo.
