Bright and sunny, clean and complete with all newer furnishings in a secure association building. Comfortable all one level home, with no worries of a vacation. Sip coffee on the balcony while watching the boaters, birds, etc. walk the water front path to restaurants, pedestrian, bridges (with water views), free access to marina pool right next door. Elevator to this 3rd floor unit. * Last weekend in July through the 1st weekend in August is the Annual Coast Guard festival* prices will be slightly higher because of demand. Enjoy views of the grand river and spring lake.

Top Notch
Excellent condo. Modern, spotlessly clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Quiet property and in a great location for everything Grand Haven & Spring Lake have to offer. Owners are very friendly and responsive and also provide excellent instructions for check-in, check-out, things to do in area, etc. (cart for moving your bags from vehicle to unit was great to have as well). Do not hesitate to stay here!

Very clean and has everything you need!
The condo was great. Super clean, lots of nice touches like a sound machine, beach stuff, plenty of kitchen supplies, super comfy beds and even toiletries. We enjoyed our time here. If there was anything we didn’t love, it was the size of the balcony — could barely fit two people on it. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to eat outside as a family. Also, the pool location. While the listing does say “pool access” it didn’t occur to us that it wouldn’t be on the condo grounds. With small kids and all their pool stuff, it was enough of a walk that we ended up driving to the pool most of the time. Same thing with the grills, which are located at the pool. If you plan to eat outside, you’ll either need a wagon or a car to transport all your dinner fixings. The pool was nice though and everyone we met was really friendly. Overall the hosts were very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The location on the marina was fantastic, always something to do- from fishing and swimming to walks and the playground close by. The apartment was fresh and clean and had just about everything we needed. The hosts communication was quick and very helpful.
