Other things to note
Grand Haven State Park is a quick four mile drive, or a short scenic bike ride on the bike path, that extends from Spring Lake all the way into Grand Haven and beyond. New to the area is a splash park for children, joined with an outdoor, covered farmer's market.
What does Spring Lake and Grand Haven have to offer? Award winning beaches and beautiful hiking, the 2nd largest waterfront musical fountain in the world (2nd to the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas), boutique and antique shopping, local art, skate park, and waterfront dining.
A few local favorite establishments are within walking distance including: The Village Baker, Two Tony's Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, Finn's Chophouse and rooftop bar, Burger Theory and Tiki Bar. These restaurants offer comfortable outdoor dining choices; some with live music.
