The Kozy Cottage is a beautiful family friendly, pet friendly, home right on the water in Hernando Beach!
We strive to offer a 5-star stay at this comfortable, fully equipped vacation rental.
This rental includes:
Golf cart!
3 adult kayaks
You can spend your day kayaking around the beautiful waterways of Hernando Beach.
2- adult bikes. The Weeki Wachee preserves is located just across the street. This is a beautiful area to spend the day riding bikes, or even hiking.
2-fishing poles. Great fishing right in the backyard! Common catches are Mango Snappers, Mullet, Snook, & Grouper.
The backyard is completely fenced in so your pet can enjoy basking in the sun by the water.
- Watermat so you can lay back and relax on a 6 by 15 ft mat on the beautiful beach
- We have a beautiful dock to park your boat or jet ski !
The Kozy Cottage features :

We have a large living room space with a dining table , 75inch smart tv and bar top area with 4 stools .

Fishing get away
Had a great time at the property. Being able to kayak and fish right out the back was amazing. Great patio set up outside to be able to enjoy the evening breeze while eating dinner. Very easy communication with the property owner.

Great Place!
The Kozy Cottage had everything!! We spent time relaxing on water, sunroom, patio. Rode bikes to eat, played games. They thought of it all. My husband loved the Large TV for sports, our dog had a safe space to be outside too. Its a Kozy Gem!!

A trip to remember
Me and my finance enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home right on the water. Loved the hernando beach location, and the patio that was less than 10 steps away from the water. We were able to go kayaking with the kayaks they provided with the house which was so sweet ! The house was very clean and decorated so nicely. Loved the beach theme. It was a truly beautiful house.we both very much enjoyed this house and will definitely be booking again in the future ! Thank you so much Kianna and Trevor !
