The house was still storm damage, bugs everywhere, the cleaning lady showed up early, she was so rude, she was banging at the door like the police or something, we go to the door and she’s screaming at us to get off the property as if we did something wrong, because we go into a recorded argument with the cleaner, they lied and said we destroyed the place that we cleaned better then what they left it, they left dirty pillows cases and sheets and silverware in the in bed it was so dirty

Quiet and clean with a heated pool!
This home is beautifully done, and all the little things make a difference, such as the easy entry, the quiet neighborhood, the basics provided including the kitchen pots and pans and tableware. Also wonderful to have a heated pool with children, and a bucket of toys to play with during our stay too. Excellent communication with owner. We hope to visit again!

Overall Great Stay
Very clean and perfectly close Weeki Wachee state park where we were visiting. Awesome pool with basketball hoop my kids stayed in for hours! Close location to Winn Dixie and other stores if needed. Great communication with host- The first night we couldn’t find a charger for the ps4 controllers which were dead and he even had a charging station dropped off the next day so my kids were able to play the second night!

Overall the property was sufficient, it worked for us as a place to sleep. We really didn't use the amenities. It was clean but might need a deep cleaning , example hair in the bathroom drawers. Basically we slept and showered there. It was convenient for us.

Beautiful House Made a Great Holiday Experience
I wasn't expecting much from the outside of this house. It seemed nice, was near our family and had a pool and that's why I rented it. Looked like a typical 3/2 Florida Spanish style house. NOPE! It was beautiful on the inside. Nice and clean when we entered and spacious. The open floor plan led out to a screened in lanai with heated pool---which was very much needed since it never really got above 62 degrees for most of our trip. Adam, the owner was very quick to reply to any questions we had and even set up a little Christmas tree and placed a gift tin of cookies underneath. The kids loved their bedrooms and my son said his bed was the most comfortable he ever slept in. The master bedroom has a king size bed and was comfortable although I think the mattress is nearing its end as my husband complained that it was a little lumpy on his side (ha, it was his side, mine was good). I really loved the master bath and soaking tub with separate shower and the fact that the guest bath opened right onto the lanai so the floors didn't get wet when we got out of the pool. Laundry right off the kitchen was very convenient. The proximity of this house to our family who live in the area was key for us as we spent the holidays with them. The house was in a good location for shopping and restaurants. The cookware could be updated and a binder or folder with some information about restaurants and attractions in the area might be helpful for some guests. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

The house was great. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids. We could barely get them out of the pool to go anywhere. We arrived the day the hurricane hit. The hosts stayed in contact with us the entire day keeping us updated on the storm. Kim

This was great for our short stay!
We have family in the area and needed a place to land for a weekend. The kids loved the bunk bed and the pool. The fence around the pool was very useful with our 2 y/o. It's very family friendly and only 1.5 miles from Weeki Wachee. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, and not touristy. Thanks again!

Great 2 weeks
Owners really care that you enjoy your stay. Treated the home as i would my own. We cooked and cleaned just like home.Lots of nice extras. Something for all ages. TVs in all bedrooms and living room! Plenty of bath towels. Just bring your own toiletries and you will be set. Bring beach towels if you prefer those for the pool. Highly recommend.

Weekly stay
Came down to Spring Hill to finalize some business with my mom's estate. The house was very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is also 5 minutes from the grocery store and highway 19, which also has anything else you would need for your stay. The pool was clean and with it being heated we were able to enjoy it even though the nights were a little cool. The communication with the owner was very good and they responded very quickly to any questions we had. If in the area again I would not hesitate to stay in the home again. The only suggestion I would have would be to make sure that you bring along any spices if you plan on cooking your meals at the home. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Came up this way for a soccer tournament, and this house was exactly what we needed. Why stay crammed in a hotel room when you can spread your wings at this amazing property. Very clean/tidy property
We had a great experience at Adam's house. The inside is very clean, tidy and tastefully decorated with airy and spacious rooms. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but was pleasantly surprised at the 80 degree water temp. Any communication with Adam was promptly answered. Comfy beds and plush towels. We had family staying in the same town and they commented our rental home was nicer than the one they stayed in! Thanks for the great stay, Adam!
