"We really enjoyed our time at Tunnel Mountain it was perfect for us. As nature lovers we loved the location on the edge of town with lots of trails to explore and wildlife to see (lots of Mule Deer!) A complimentary 'Roam' bus pass was included and with the bus stop right out side the resort it was super easy and convient to get around. We didn't have a car but arranging tours and airport shuttles wasn't a problem as many of them pick up and drop off at the resort, or from the hotel across the road. Our accomodation was warm, cosy and inviting (even though it was -26 some mornings!) and we loved having the open fire that was a big highlight of our stay as well as having a view of the snowy mountain landscape from our window. Our kitchen had almost everything we needed (apart from a baking tray for the oven?) and really liked the local products - Rocky Mountain Soap Co was a nice little luxury. Thank you to the staff who were so attentive and welcoming, looking after us during the duration of our stay. When we had a question or an issue they were very quick to resolve it and allowing us to check in early and look after our luggage on our final day, until the airport shuttle picked us up later that evening. Really hope to stay again!"

"Good experience, they even have complimentary shuttle bus to downtown banff which is 5 minutes away. We disnt usenit but it's there. "

"Although it is a little way out of Banff the Rimrock Resort has a convenient shuttle and bus service to get you into town in a few minutes. The staff are all very helpful and made a special effort to help me with our two large dogs. Would stay there again when visitng Banff "

"Beautiful property, excellent staff would stay here again. One small detractor is the parking, the parking lot was full, so we went into town and found a spot when we returned."
