Only negative was for being off season, all occupied rooms were at one end, close to the highway so heard traffic, smokers (incl pot) talking outside close to our door, and walls are not very sound proof, incl clomping across the floor. "Visually clean, but the refrigerator was dirty. Choose not to use the entire kitchen. Kitchen window was plastic taped. So tired, sleeping mostly. TV did not have local channels, would have had to setup my logins. Did not bother. Front door lock was not very secure, the futon in the living room was so flat, so cheap, that I could feel the severe uncomfortableness after sitting 5 minutes. Left as early as possible.
