"Check-in was nice and we were greeted with a warm welcome. There is no-where to get lunch however and the restaurant is closed on a Monday night which we weren't aware of, so had to drive out to get food in Spello near by. We had drinks around the pool which were slightly higher in price then we were expecting and had paid at similar properties. The rooms were spacious enough and clean, the "living room" was just a table and a chair and seemed a bit cold and pointless as a useable area...

"The hotel is very clean and well-restored, and the staff were cordial. Norcia is a challenging visit right now, as the tragedy caused by the earthquake is everywhere you look. Not a lot of tourists around, if any, but since it's historically a bit of a tourist town, there's a bit of a weird balance - I had difficulty meeting people, and apart from the hotel and a sprinkling of restaurants, all of the businesses and homes are currently in a temporary village outside of the old town walls. "We were greeted most warmly by the owner who showed us where to park and then showed us to our room which was clean and very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and it was amazing value for money. Definitely recommend "
