Within the walls of Spoleto, a city that predates Rome, this truly sensational town house on 3 levels offers a comfortable, stylish and memorable stay in Spoleto historic centre.

3 flights of stairs make this house unsuitable for those with mobility problems.

It is a 2 minutes stroll to shops, bars, restaurants, Piazza Mercato and a free travelator that connects up the whole of Spoleto.

Central heating + WIFI throughout.

Skilfully converted and modernized, this ancient house is naturally cool, having been historically constructed with extremely thick stone walls. So aircon is absolutely unnecessary.

This is a spectacular town house, within the historic centre of Spoleto and within a few minutes walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, piazzas, museums, art galleries and churches. Everything you could wish for is here!

This elegant house, with its garden terrace + BBQ, garden furniture (inc sun loungers) + umbrella, is a joy to inhabit.

From the garden/terrace, you step immediately into one of two kitchen/diners! Perfectly located for outdoor living!

The 2nd kitchen is on the middle floor, perfectly located to access the sitting/dining room on the same floor.

The beautiful sitting/dining room opens onto a balcony and seats 2.

The 2 bedrooms are on the top floor.

One of the bedrooms opens onto a balcony that seats 2. And it is ensuite with a shower room.

The 2nd bathroom with tub and hand held shower is on the bottom floor, next to the kitchen/diner that opens onto the garden terrace.

The cloakroom with WC is on the middle floor, on the corridor that adjoins the 2nd kitchen and the sitting/dining room.

There are spectacular views from both balconies, especially the top balcony, from where you can see mountains that surround Spoleto as well as the old city itself!

In total, the house consists of -

1 sitting/dining room with smart TV and balcony - here there is also a sofa bed.
2 double bedrooms with smart TVs, one with balcony - a camp bed also available.
2.5 bathrooms - one ensuite with walk in shower, the other with tub and hand held shower + washing machine.
1 cloakroom on the middle floor.
1 fitted kitchen/diner on bottom floor opening onto garden terrace.
1 breakfast room with fitted kitchen on middle floor.
1 garden/terrace with BBQ and sun loungers.

Both kitchen units are fully functional with every gadget for creating any type or size of meal. And not only is it convenient to have a kitchen that opens onto the garden/terrace, but it is also equally convenient to have a kitchen on the middle floor, across the landing from the large sitting/dining room.
