Spacious 4-bed Craftsman in eclectic Garland District

Unwind in Spokane's funky and eclectic Garland District in this cozy Craftsman. With four queen-sized beds spread across four bedrooms, guests will have plenty of space to relax. There is a twin-sized trundle bed in the attic space with an additional twin-sized pullout mattress. The two bathrooms offer a shower and one has a bath tub.

Amenities like heating/AC, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, 50 inch smart tv, and WiFi are provided. Make your family getaway one for the books with a stay at our cozy and centrally located Craftsman home.

You'll enter the front door using your reservation-specific smart lock code.

Main floor hosts living room, kitchen, master bedroom and second bedroom (both outfitted with queen-sized beds). Downstairs is the basement with the other two bedrooms (also queen-sized beds). Upstairs is a fully finished attic space with a twin-sized trundle bed that is great for kids. The cozy backyard has a covered patio.

The property is located one block from The Garland District where you'll find restaurants, bars, antique/thrift shops, coffeeshops, and even a vinyl record store.
