Welcome to our spacious 6-bedroom home, located just a short walk away from Whitworth University. With two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a fun recreation room complete with ping pong, this home is perfect for families and groups of all sizes. Explore the university or nearby attractions, then come back to relax in our comfortable and inviting space

You can use the whole house, deck and backyard. There is lots of parking with a garage and large driveway.

Great place for family!
This was the perfect place for my family to stay while we were visiting my mom at the nearby Rockwood at Whitworth for her 70th birthday. Cousins enjoyed playing ping pong in the basement or soccer in the backyard while aunts and uncles chatted in the large living room or around the big dining room table. Lovely home!

Large group stay
This is a great space for a large gathering. Lots of beds and great communal spaces. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.

Family Found Solace
12 out of 12 family members who stayed in your vrbo agreed that it rated an excellent score in every category. As we laid to rest our precious loved one, all the amenities helped to relieve our sadness. Also, being close to a Chic-Fil-A was an extra bonus!

This property was perfect for what we needed, came into town for a baseball tournament and the location of the house was great! Rooms were great! Beds were great!! My only suggestion would be some towels and dishcloths for the kitchen! Other than that we loved our stay!!!

Fantastic House
What a wonderful house! The location was great, and the house was fantastic. Many old friends gathered at Whitworth University for a reunion, and the location could not have been better. Property manager Jeff was great, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Very Close to Whitworth! Love the bunk room!
Great location, great bedrooms. Bummed that we had to pay for refilling a propane tank in order to grill. But overall everything was good. Easy communication. Easy everything.

Perfect place for Whitworth graduation
It was exactly as described and perfect for our family to stay for Whitworth graduation. It was roomy and comfortable for our large group. We could all stay together and visit before and after. We had meals together without having to wait in long lines for restaurants. It was great

Great location, plenty of space
Home is in a great location, near many shops, food, entertainment. Lots of space for the family. The only complaint we have is the walls and baseboards REALLY need to be cleaned and the carpet stains downstairs need attention. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay at the house over Mother's Day weekend! The owners were flexible when we wanted to stay a few more days and the communication was excellent! Lot's of room for people to sleep and a large kitchen table for people gather. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay here for my husbands 40th with his siblings & their families. Everyone had enough room, towels, hot water, plates, silverware (when we ran out there were plastic in the drawer), etc. It was very comfortable & clean. It was nice having aluminum foil & cling wrap available too for the leftovers after meals even. The hosts have put a lot of effort into this property & everything you could think of needing was there — even when a niece needed a bandaid we found a first aid kit under the kitchen sink.

Clean and spacious property
Overall experience was great. Everything was fairly excellent with just minor issues that didn’t need immediate attention which I communicated with our host, Jeff, who was quick to respond with apologies, again they were no big deals. The place felt bigger than the square footage due to minimalistic furnitures. The place was clean, had comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. My suggestions to make this property even better would be to add more seating in living room, end tables by the beds to keep things like cellphones as alarms close by and since this place can accommodate up to 16 people, upgrade to a tankless water heater. On our first morning, I forgot to tell my family and others to take extra short showers and it ran out with 3 more having to take very cold showers in the winter and we couldn’t space out time because we were attending an early event.

Spokane family trip
We had a group of 11 with 6 kids that stayed here. The house was great. We had extra bedrooms because the kids all wanted to sleep in the bunk room. They had fun with the toys and games provided. The kitchen was a little small for the size of the house but we had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Suited our needs perfectly
Overall a great place, plenty of room for a large family. I advise putting the early riser in the bedroom with the water meter, the sprinklers come on at 5:15 and it's fairly loud but not really a problem. Located in a nice neighborhood minutes from everything.

The house is very clean and efficiently laid out. We would stay here again. It could use a coffee table and a downstairs bathroom. The back deck and yard could use some TCL. Very nice host. Great communication.

Be forewarned
The pictures make the place look nice. They can be deceiving. They are obviously pictures from when this house was first put on the rental market. The dining table has seen a lot of wear since then. The other furniture is in good shape, though. The basement reeks (urine?). The windows (panes, tracks, screens (when present), and wood) are filthy. There's either mold or mildew on several of them. The paint is peeling and cracked. On a positive note, the kitchen is very well stocked. I do think pictures of what is in the cabinets and drawers would be beneficial for guests to see. We won't stay here again.
