Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Easy stay, great spot.

Enjoyed the stay. Great place with comfy beds. Neighbors were a bit loud, but turned on the white noise machine and all was good. Don’t pass this place up because it really is a great find. Will book it next time we are in Spokane.

We stayed in this property for a week and it was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the things for cooking, about 5 min or less to Hwy 90 for easy access and close to grocery store. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in the area again! Property management was very responsive as well.

The house was super clean. It has comfortable beds. It was very well stocked with everything you need. They also left us a snack tray and lots of coffee and tea. We highly recommend this property. It was decorated so cute! We loved it!

Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Very quiet and free parking. Upper floor/end unit. Looks out onto a playground. Hosts checked in with me several during my stay to make sure all was okay. I'll be booking this apartment again in the future.

The property had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay. It is a very nice unit! located on a quiet street but close to restaurants and stores. The owners were always very quick to answer our questions and were very accommodating. I left a book in the unit by mistake and they were extremely helpful when we returned to the property after checkout to get the book. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very cozy! The couch is very comfy and the bed, I never wanted to get out. The neighbors are quiet and I forgot I was in an apartment. The Prop. managers were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I enjoyed my time there and will go back the next chance I get.

It was wonderful. The decorating was very cute and made it feel very comfortable. Jerry and Natasha were more than communicative. Perfect home away from home
We stayed 3 nights in this cute modern apartment. It was everything we needed. The host was in constant communication before, during and after our trip to make sure we were taken care of. This was a first for us renting a VRBO and it was a breeze. Easy check in, welcomed with air conditioned apartment, had towels, laundry soap, dish soap, board games, and the comfiest blankets bed and pillows. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, cookware, spices and even a waffle maker. Truly felt like home. We will stay again if we ever find our way back in the area. Location was great, there was a winco 30 seconds away and food not too far.

Just a couple thoughts for the owner
Very nice place, just as advertised. There is a bracket on the writing desk between the kitchen and the living room that caught me a couple times you might want to just take it off since it serves no purpose. When we went to make the pull out couch the sheets in the closet were very wet and we had to dry them to use them. If we hadn't used them you would have had a mildew issue. Cheers!
