Love this property! So close to everything! Located just across the street from the continental trail with bikes, scooters and skate boards to use. House itself is so much bigger than it looks from the street. Views from every room are fantastic!

Wonderful cottage in great area!
We loved our stay at the cottage in Kendall Yards. The location is ideal close to coffee shops, niche restaurants and downtown. The view is amazing and you are right off the Centennial Path. The property is nicely landscaped, the kitchen is well-stocked and the beds are comfortable! We definitely look forward to returning in the future!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Fantastic location.. Kendell Yards is the coolest place. Great shopping & restaurants. We all fit on the most comfy sectional and talked til 2am every night. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Visit!
This lovely sunny home was perfect for our family gathering. Comfortable beds and great kitchen. The three levels gave each of us privacy,I and the lower floor kitchen, dining and sitting area perfect for getting together. Great neighborhood
We loved this home. It was a great location with a cute little park across the street and within walking distance to the bakery. The house was clean, well stocked, and very inviting. The mini splits in every room was a nice surprise. Every guest was able to adjust the temperature to their preferred temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family get away
We had a wonderful time attending the ANCC tournament and staying at the cottage. Cottage was just 1.1 mile from the arena allowing us to walk to and from - also close to downtown. Kitchen was fully stocked allowing us to cook meals to reduce cost. Overall it was a perfect weekend. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were very comfortable, the house is lovely and drinking my morning coffee on the patio was so peaceful. The location is convenient to restraunts and activities. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in Spokane. The owners respond quickly and are easy to work with.

Riverfront getaway
We had a small family gathering in Spokane and wanted a place near Riverfront park. We found a gem here, a comfortable, clean home with beautiful views. The Centennial trail is across the street along with a fun play area for the kids. The kitchen is large with plenty of room for cooking. The house has easy access to I-90 and is at the end of a street with plenty of parking. This is a great place in a great location.

Kendall Yard Perfect Home
We had a family reunion in Idaho and we couldn’t have picked a better home to stay at. The owners are so engaged, gave us great recommendations. I love unique coffee shops and one is literally a block away from this home. This home is is the perfect location and so close to the Spokane Airport
