"It was very nice, great price vs competition. The reason I gave it 4 stars was the shower, hot water. It would fluctuate between correct water temp then all of a sudden get scalding hot without me changing anything myself. Then I would be forced to change, it would go ice cold, then scalding hot. ..."

The family rented a home for the first several years prior to building this one from a kit in 1911. It is located just north of the Gonzaga University Campus. The house is 1,350 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is now run as a museum which is open everyday but Sunday with free admission.
