"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war wunderschön und gab alles was man braucht. Wir haben viel gekocht und es war alles da ! Das Haus war super sauber und alles ganz neu. Wir waren auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Besitzer er war für jede Fragen immer ansprechbar und war stets freundlich. Leider ist es etwas weit weg von Porec aber mit dem Auto kommt man überall hin ! Ich kann es hier jeden empfehlen liebe Grüße "

"We've just returned from a lovely week at Villa Zaneta. Alen was a very welcoming host and made sure we were very comfortable - arrived to find a gorgeous homemade fruit tart in the fridge, along with some other treats! Accommodation very clean and spacious with excellent aircon in all rooms. Kitchen and BBQ area fully equipped with everything you'd need to self-cater. Small shop in village short walk away for baked goods, fresh milk, fruit and veg and lots of Istrian goodies. Supermarket 15...

Small excursions to Koper, Izola, Piran, Cerkno as well as the surrounding small villages made this place a perfect destination to travel from. "We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. Thanks owners!"

"Stayed here for a few days. Four apartments, all really single bedroom, although one is really the kitchen with a bed in it. The downstairs apartment has been renovated and is lovely. The upstairs apartments are older but still comfortable, each with a bedroom and another bed in the kitchen / common space It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to some beaches and some bars and restaurants so well located. Branka and her husband were very helpful. A good experience."

"Very nice villa in a great part of Istria for trying wine and eating great food. It is next to a really good local restaurant and their wine shop/ bar. You can reach Umags very chilled beaches in 20 minutes easy drive. Other wineries can be reached after a longer walk or short drive. The property had really good set up with loads of glasses, plates and pans. Definitely recommend."

"The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."
