Communication with the landlord before our arrival was perfect, although the lady who was expecting us onsite to give us the key sopke almost no English. The place is exactly as shown on pictures, absolutely clean, kitched well equipped for basic meal preparation. The house is in a quiet area and have a nice balcony to relax and have meals there. I can highly recommend the place."

"We had the best time at The Captain’s Lodge! The lodge is very clean and cozy! The location is absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to everything. Right across the street is a place to rent bikes and a bike trail to the lake/restaurants. Communication/check in and check out were very easy! We enjoyed every minute and we were sad to leave! "We stayed in this house for the first week of August 2022. It’s fantastic. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The house is in a quiet area about 12-15 mins walk from the lake, the shop (Mercator mini supermarket) and restaurants. Lake Bohinj is exceptionally beautiful, especially at the Ribcev Laz end.
