No communication as to what floor the rooms were on (3rd floor walk up) or what our room number was. We had to try random doors with 9-digit code before finding correct room. No top sheet, blanket or bedspread, only bottom sheet. When office was contacted by phone and What’s App, nothing was done to remedy situation and no explanation or contact. Very noisy area with trucks and buses.

No staff located onsite so only communicate via WhatsApp and take 2 hour breaks midday so no way to reach them, it’s in an office building which is quite off putting since it’s a shared public building, and on top of that they don’t provide bed sheets or a comforter for the whole bed. Amazing location and brand new renovated room but lacking essentials for bedding.

Very comfortable
Well presented room, great bathroom with the jacuzzi bath. Contacted the manger regarding getting there before check in and was allowed to leave my bag. Apartment felt very secure however the main door and adjacent area is a little "rough looking" however fantastic location to the ferry port and the walls of the old town. Handy shop next door for snacks and drinks.

Modern look with downsides
Design of the room is extremely tasteful and size is good. The balcony is huge and the automatic windows window covers are great to darken the room. High quality bathroom products and all white marble bathroom. Downsides: blanket didn’t have a cover - during COVID times that wasn’t great. Host wasn’t wearing a mask either. Reception is not manned at all. Looks like only when guests arrive someone is there. Rooms are directly next to apartment door/reception area hence you can hear things easily but since the property has very few rooms it’s not bothersome. 3 flights or stars with luggage is a bit complicated but hosts helps to carry it up. Warning: the bathroom has a window looking into the bedroom. Some linen window blind does NOT prevent view into the bathroom. When you sit or rest on the bed you can see everything happening in the bathroom ( toilet Business of Your Travel companion) Location is great: just a very short walk into the heart or the city with countless restaurants. A supermarket is directly opposite this property. No ironing board but iron available.

Lovely one night stay at Fortuna
We stayed at Fortuna Luxury Rooms for one night before we headed home but could of easily stayed longer! Matko met us to help us find the room and was very welcoming. The room was to a very high standard - clean and everything to a high spec. Loved the rainfall shower and good aircon! We would have liked a late checkout as we had a late flight home, but this wasn’t available but Matko held our bags for the day for us and we headed to the beach for the day instead. Matko organised our transfer to the airport also which was helpful!

Very friendly and hospitable. Great location. The room itself is modern and comfortable. Our only complains the “daily housekeeping”. Other than dropping off new towels, and emptying the garbage can, it wasn’t rally cleaned. The room comes with mugs and a kettle but the mugs are never replaced and we were unable to use them after once. The floors or bathroom weren’t cleaned at all. The sheets are for a single bed which was awkward for a queen bed. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location and very clean. Extremely well equipped room. However it’s essentially an apartment, and not a hotel. So you have let them know what time you’ll show up, and if your 1-2 hours later then staff can be rude about it. Parking is a nightmare and the property itself is very hard to find (you need to find specific buzzer on apartment building door). Biggest disappointment and main reason for less than great review is that the AC did not work in the room. Can get very hot, and there is no front desk or service around. Next to main road so with window open it will be VERY loud.

Great Location and attention by host, She communicated several times to ensure we are looked after as far as getting to the hotel from ferry / airport if we needed ride etc. Asked her to arrange to pick us up at Ferry as it was raining. 100 Kuna but worth the convenience. Bed is very comfortable and spacious bathroom with a little kitchen. Fridge, burner, sink, coffee. Very close walking to everything. there is a very good restaurant just around the corner called "Sug Restaurant" pronounced "shoog" we found it ourselves and it was excellent food and you most likely will need reservation. Gault & Millau 2018.

The room was super nice, pretty well located, right next to the old town. It doesn’t have its own parking, but there is one nearby. Mike, the owner, was very nice and helpful.
