Exactly what I needed
Like most buildings in the Split old town area, the outside was not great and the main hall & stair need a good cleaning. However, once inside the room, everything was fresh, updated, and sparkling clean. I rented the small room without any outdoor spaces or eating area. For one night, that was all I needed. There was a nice big refrigerator, a very comfortable bed with optional extra blankets and a desk area. The caretaker was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is only about a block and a half away from the palace walls, so walking to the tourist area was easy. I'd stay here again.

Lovely room with nice furnishings. Excellent location in the old town. Breakfast at the Hotel Marul across from the apartments was lovely. Hosts are really friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location
Apartment based 5 - 10 max mins(walking) away from everything and away from all the touristy crazyness so easy with luggage. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice Family apartment with high standard
Very nice apartment with high standard, close to the old town but a little hard find. The area closest to the apartment and the view was not very nice. The host met up and was very nice and friendly.

We loved this Apartment. Very well appointed and well suited for family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers). It is in perfect position just off the old town and 5 minutes walk to sea promenade. Laura (the Manager) was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with taxi to airport.

Kjempefin og romslig leilighet
Utrolig fin og romslig leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Veldig godt utstyrt leilighet og med flott interiør. Gåavstand både til byen og til strender, anbefaler f eks å bade på Plaza Jezinac (steinstrand). Vi var også til sandstranden Bacvice på andre siden av byen, men der luktet det ille. Meget hyggelige og behjelpelige utleiere. Ville uten tvil bodd der igjen!

Great central location
Hosts were super friendly , great knowledge of the area , offered a pick up service . I had just a room and not an apartment and the only issue I have is that when someone moved into the apartment next door , the walls are really thin and you can hear everything . Overall great owners and a comfortable clean place to stay

Camera pulita e con tutto il necessario per farsi delle bevande calde. bagno comodo e l'ospite gentilmente ha messo a disposizione shampoo, balsami ecc. Unica pecca per me sono i due piani da fare per le scale. La posizione è invidiabile, praticamente a due passi dal centro. La camera è posizionata all'interno dell'appartamento della proprietaria. ma con una sufficiente privacy.
