"When I arrived there was a guy in a wheelchair in the parking lot with a electric leaf blower blowing leaves away. He clearly worked there. He did an amazing job cleaning the outside of the property. It was fall and there were leaves from many trees everywhere. But after a few hours, it was perfectly clear and clean. Kudos for the guy with one leg for working so hard and also to the hotel for making a job for the hard to employ."

"The property is old. The bed are very comfortable. This place is super cheap but it’s comfortable and spacious. The mattresses are in covers to keep them clean. No signs of bugs. We didn’t use the shower so e we can’t speak to that. "

"Late check-in at 10pm was quick and trouble-free. Good price for a clean room, no funny smells, heater warms quickly, shower was strong and hot. Just what I needed after 16 hours of driving. About an hour east-facing drive to Fort Smith."
