Adjacent is the kitchen. It is equipped with a built-in stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher and sink.

This apartment is located on the first floor, has a large bathroom with 2 sinks and has enough space to move around with a wheelchair. There is only 1 step for which we can provide you with a ramp. The Schwarzeck apartment is very open plan as there are no doors between the living room and the kitchen. Moreover, it is possible to drive by car directly in front of the main entrance door.
