Reunion weekend
We have a group of old friends that get together each year for a weekend and this location was perfect! Great location with a fantastic view of the river. The water level was down this year, so we didn't get any fishing in, but we kept ourselves busy playing Cornhole by the firepit and cooking on the outdoor grill. Kendall is a great host and provided us with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway
The house and property were beautiful, it was the perfect place for a relaxing, secluded getaway with the family. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we appreciated all the little extra details put in to the home. The stairs down to the dock were very steep as others had mentioned but it was a great spot for fishing and kayaking. Definately recommend using the grill and fire pit area, they were our favorite part.

Property is plenty big great views and beautiful set up..that being said needing a good cleaning kitchen was gross, master bathroom sink didn’t drain, none of the outdoor speakers or tv worked, trashes had trash in them when we got there, freezer was terrible, the neighbors complain about everything you can whisper and they will call on you, definitely not kid friendly especially if your going swimming about 100 very steep very dangerous with shaking rails all the way down and no net to catch you if you fall. it offered a lot but just needed to be explained more under details

Wonderful location for a large group to enjoy a weekend at the lake!
We loved our stay at this beautiful lake house. The amenities (outdoor grill area with speaker, well-equipped kitchen, firepit, lake access, towels provided) were all wonderful and as described. The hosts were accommodating and communicative leading up to our stay. A few of the finer details could have been improved slightly (cornhole seemed to be missing some bags; firewood was uncovered and unusable due to rain; some food left over in the outdoor fridge from previous guests), but given the beauty of the spot and the ease with which we brought 10 people together there, we found these minor things to be more than acceptable. Additionally, there were other great things provided that lots of other short-term rentals don't provide, such as a large supply of paper towels and toilet paper, cooking oil, spices, condiments, and numerous games. This group of guys couldn't stop raving about how great our stay was. A few minor notes for clarity about the property: the extra bunk room is in the lower section of the house, accessible by an outdoor porch stairway only. There is no bathroom accessible to that room without going outside and upstairs first. That being said, the room has power & AC, and we all found it to be very comfortable. Regarding the dock, it is accessible by a long set of stairs that could be considered treacherous by some. We didn't have any issues getting up and down to swim multiple times during our stay, but older folks or people with mobility issues may not wish to travel down them or back up. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is comfortable with those notes -- it is a beautiful property, and we were lucky enough to enjoy one of the best sunsets I have ever seen while we were there.

Quick family getaway
We really enjoyed our time at the house. It was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen! The property manager was very responsive to inquiries. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that the bonus room was not accessible from the house.

A hidden gem
Google maps kept sending us to the wrong location, but other than this very minor complaint the house was everything we had hoped for. The house was great, but my group spent most of our time enjoying the amazing back yard. I could not recommend this place more.

Very nice and open house, great location for swimming
Great place to stay for a secluded spot on the water with great swimming, house is nice and open for a group. House and dock have everything you need, only complaint would be that the neighbors house is very close and we got a noise complaint when we were indoors.

Beautiful property sitting atop a cliff on a quieter part of the lake away from the clouds. House is well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Furniture and beds and comfortable. Outdoor areas are perfect and plentiful for large groups. Dock is perfect to bring your own boat or to swim and float. Overall very nice rental with everything to make you feel at home

This property is perfect for a real get away from busy life. Great view and tons of out door space. Cook your meals inside and sit on the screened in deck or go down to the outdoor patio and grill for a relaxing evening. Both have the same awesome view. Truly a great spot to relax and find some privacy.

I highly recommend this rental if you are heading to Marble Falls area! The house and grounds are everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful property with amazing views and wonderful outdoor entertainment areas. Lots of space so it is perfect for social distancing!
