"My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and it was such a special part of our trip! Antonio was incredibly generous and kind, not only did he pick us up from the train station upon arrival, but he also drove us to the airport to get a rental car when our original plan fell through. His wife even baked a beautiful dessert for us! The property is absolutely gorgeous and staying there felt like a dream. I have never encountered such amazing hospitality at any other rental. "Calabria is a province of hilltop villages and just outside San Vincenzo La Costa is this peaceful mountain refuge. The driveway is daunting at first but passable in any car and easy once you have done it. Host Claudia stocked the place with jam, bread and coffee and did everything to make me feel at home. There is great hiking from the house and even better a short drive away, and it easy to access all the wonders of Calabria in an hours drive in any direction. I cannot wait to come back."

"We met with the owners sister who spoke good english and was very nice, so our check in went smoothly. The apartment was beautiful, and the owner went well above standards by furnishing breakfast and coffee. The entire setting up on a hill overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was very beautiful. We highly recommend this property!"

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Dame war sehr sehr nett. Wir sind mit ein Kleinkind angereist 5 Jahre alt. Bitte aber vorher die Vermieterin informieren falls man mit Kind ankommt. Da die Wohnung eigentlich nur ein Bett hat für 2 erwachsene. Sehr schöne und saubere gepflegte Wohnung. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Our experience in Belmonte was amazing. The house was charming and very clean. It had everting needed to cook. We loved it. The town is enchanting and the views from the terrace was like something you only see in the movies. It is very peaceful, perfect for reading and doing nothing. My husband did plenty of sketches of the views and our son was inspire and wrote many poems. We are already planning to return in the summer."

"For Gugliermo and I it was like a blanket or a shawl placed on us from our ancestors . We were in the present and past simultaneously. Gabriella and Gianfranco have taken on a Herculean task of reconstructing this charming hillside village home by home. Gianfranco and his brothers grew up there so there souls are one with the commune. The charm and authenticity of each casa is pure and perfect. The dinner Gabriella and Gianfranco made for us will be one we will always remember. Pure Calabrian....
