Sweet Spot on the Lake
Christine was very welcoming and accommodating with our family and group as we celebrated a college graduation, and two birthdays on her beautiful property. Each room has temperature controls, including the primary bath, and our family felt relaxed throughout our stay.

Well equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill overlooking lake great for cooking meals away from home. Laundry in unit, too. Responsive hosts, perfect home away from home for sports competition getaway.

Great location on the lake
We had 5 adults and we loved the lake even though my husband didn't catch any fish. He tried all kinds of bait but they just weren't biting. The twin bed mattresses were perfect and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. I'm glad that I brought my own pillow and some extra towels. Our favorite area was the backyard. The ducks visit several times a day.

Wish we had spent a little more time on the property (we did a road trip daily to see the leaves change). This is such a great location, amazing view, and the rental had a lot of space for parking and for us to have 5 people stay comfortably. Highly recommended!

Five years of memories made
We have been coming here for 5 years. It is our "lakehouse" as our granddaughter puts it. Small town with good eateries. We also like to drive to West Boyleston to get yummy baked goods and great Italian food! We also love to go bowling in Spencer at the local bowling alley. Just so perfect for our family. Christine and Pete, the owners are the very best!

Relaxing home with everything you need
The house was very comfortable with plenty of space for our family. My mother, who uses a walker, was able to get around the house without any issues. The lake and outside are was very relaxing and comfortable.

November get away
Absolutely splendid weekend. So serene and relaxing. We had a bonus of warm 70's temperatures throughout the stay. Enjoyed a campfire with the firewood provided by our host. The beds are so comfortable we slept soundly throughout our stay. Thank you Christine for the recommendation for breakfast out Charlie's Diner is spectacular for food & service.

Beautiful spot - Convenient location
Lovely place right on the water, immaculately kept up, quiet, yet less than a mile to Spencer downtown. Landlord was quite charming and greeted us with fresh flowers. It IS a duplex but we never ran into Christine while there as she made sure we had privacy. Lake was quite nice and we paddled each day as we brought our own boats.

Fantastic!
Our host was wonderful and gave us a beautiful bouquet of flowers for our daughters graduation. We were out on the hammock, took row boat and paddleboat rides, had a bonfire, a cookout and had plenty of space to host a small graduation dinner outside by the lake. We had 4 generations in town to celebrate and it was a perfect setting.

Gem on the lake
We had a terrific time at this lake house—house was spotless, comfortable, peaceful…. We loved the fire pit, the view at all hours, son caught a few fish with the fly rod, daughters loved the hammock at the lakes edge, and grilled some burgers on the like new gas grill. A great recharge. Thanks!
