"After a maintenance issue on our room the staff and manager on shift could not have been more helpful. Full accommodating our families needs despite being fully booked. The staff were polite, friendly and seemed to really care about their guests needs. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with wonderful food and plenty of it. Walking distance to Darling Harbor. Would definitely visit again! "

"The wallpaper in our room 1417 was starting to peel and there were areas in the bathroom that needed more thorough cleaning. The location of the hotel was fabulous and the staff was exceptionally helpful hailing a cab. Was great to have complimentary water in the room. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a superior queen room. It was well worth the extra cost for the superior room. The Nespresso machine was a fantastic added bonus. Within a few block walk to Overseas Terminal, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and any shopping we wanted to do. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting something reasonably priced close to cruise terminal."

"5 min walk from Central station. Check in 3pm but room available when asking to store bags at 1pm. Staff frendly minor issue resolved quickly . Lots of choice for breakfast, didnt eat dinner in the restaurant but menu looked good. Hotel bar has nice food and reasonably priced. "

"An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. "Room on the smaller side but adequate for a nights stay. Sink in the room instead of bathroom was slightly strange, along with the provided plates and cutlery but nowhere inside the room to sit and eat a meal. My biggest complaint would be the noise level when you’re in a room facing the Pacific Highway; whilst this cannot be helped by the hotel maybe improving the glazing on the windows would help. The other complaint and something the hotel can improve on is the amount of light which streams...
