"Lovely quiet apartment. Only thing that is misleading is that it says there is parking on the premises. This is not the case - it is paid street parking. I would have rated the property 5 if the owner had been better with communication… it started off well but then the owner stopped reap. We also weren’t provided with a contact number. "Beautiful apartment. Terrible check-in procedure. Online app that the location sent me to use to check in did not work correctly. Both phone numbers I was given to call for check-in did not work. I sat outside the place for almost 45 minutes. Finally had to go through the neighbors yard to get into the back yard and talk to one of the other guests who called the management company on my behalf. "This, by far, was the most wonderful oasis we found on our trip to Italy. Conveniently located just outside of beautiful Ostini, Mina and her family have created a welcoming and wonderfully decorated and stocked place to put your feet up and enjoy. It was extremely private, with a pool set only for the guests renting the two separate suites, (we had family joining us and it was amazing to be able to offer them their own private space, also fully equipped). "Well located accommodation both for the town centre and for the shuttle bus-stop to Ostuni station. The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our only gripe was that the mattress was past it’s sell by date and was most uncomfortable. Otherwise a very positive stay. "

"The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."

"This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!"

"I love tobacco suites and will stay there every time I'm in southern Italy. The staff are warm and welcoming. The rooms a beautiful and the whole place is just very unique. They don't sell their story enough about it really being converted from an old tobacco factor so it's not just a theme but you have history there too. Highly recommended. My friend had to move to another local spot for few days because this was booked and she missed the fresh breakfast and warmth of the tobacco suites. The suites are amazing and fully equipped with anything you need for longer stay. "

Beautiful hotel

"Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. "
